HatGo is looking for a group of Runners for our Kiosk pilot. When an order comes in near you, we notify you and ask if you’re free. If you are, collect it from the shop and take it to the customer.
No fixed shifts. No need to be available all day.
How it works
We notify you
An order comes in near you. We message you and ask if you’re free. If you’re not, say so — it goes to someone else.
Collect it from the shop
Pick the order up from the participating shop and confirm the collection in the app.
Deliver it
Take it to the customer inside the Hatfield service area. They give you a code to confirm the handover.

Paid by EFT. Message us when you want to be paid, and HatGo processes your payout within 48 hours.
During the pilot we’re keeping the process simple and personal.
One order at a time. A Kiosk delivery is a bag from a shop a few minutes away — not a shift, not a queue, and not a target to hit.

What you need
- A phone you can use while you’re out delivering.
- A South African bank account in your own name, before you get paid.
- Before your first delivery, HatGo completes an identity check with you. We’ll guide you through the verification process after your application is approved.
- To be able to collect and deliver inside the Hatfield service area.
